About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end insurance processing, from generating quotes to maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely issuance.

Key Responsibilities

·        Generate insurance quotes through portals based on requirements.

·        Update and maintain policy and client information accurately in internal systems and databases.

·        Ensure timely and error-free processing of insurance requests.

·        Verify data, policy terms, and customer details to avoid discrepancies.

·        Prepare basic reports and trackers for monitoring requests and closures.

Your key qualifications & competencies:

·        Graduate in any field. In case of undergraduate, should have substantial insurance experience.

·        0–2 years of experience in insurance processing, operations, or related roles.

·        Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ability to work on insurance portals.

·        Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and processing.
