We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Advisors. This is a 100% Remote / Work from Home opportunity offering complete flexibility, comprehensive training, and exceptional earning potential.

📍 Location: Remote (Work from Home – Anywhere in Karnataka)

🗣️ Language Requirement: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory

💰 Compensation: Commission-Based (Earn ₹40,000 to ₹80,000+ monthly based on performance. Please note: There is no fixed base salary.)

Key Responsibilities

Client Needs Assessment: Meet with prospects to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and specific insurance requirements.

Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of diverse insurance portfolios, primarily focusing on Life and Health Insurance.

Strategic Consulting: Recommend tailored insurance policies that best align with the client’s financial situation and long-term security.

Policy Guidance: Transparently explain policy terms, conditions, coverage boundaries, and exclusions to clients.

Business Development: Drive growth and revenue by actively identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.

End-to-End Client Support: Assist clients through onboarding, policy applications, timely renewals, and hassle-free claims processing.
