Job Description

Sales Executive – Medical Insurance (Outbound Sales)

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 In-Hand

Salary : Based on interview performance

Open Vacancy : 20 Male / Female

Job Timing : 9.30 Am to 6.30 Pm

Working Days: 6 Days Working | Sunday Fixed Off

Experience : 6 Month to 2 Year of experience in Sales or BPO is required.

Location: Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Near Sector 62 Metro Station

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or BPO is required.

- Candidates from any sales background can apply.

- Experience in Medical/Health Insurance Sales will be an added advantage.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain health insurance products.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.

- Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain customer details and update records in the system.

- Provide professional support and build good customer relationships.
