Job Summary:

As a Motor Insurance Sales Executive at Policy Boss, you will be responsible for selling motor insurance policies (both new and renewal)  Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, explain policy features, and close sales through effective communication and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through calls, emails, to sell motor insurance products (car & two-wheeler).

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance policies from various insurers.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, online inquiries, and walk-ins.

• Provide accurate information on policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and pricing.

• Compare quotes from multiple insurance companies and offer the best option to the customer.

• Handle end-to-end documentation and assist customers with the proposal and issuance process.

• Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals and upselling opportunities.

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM tools.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated with insurance products, regulatory norms, and industry trends.

Compensation:
