🎯 Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote two-wheeler insurance policies, including new policies and renewals.

Product Explanation: Explain features, benefits, premium details, and coverage options clearly to customers.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify leads, follow up, and convert them into active policyholders.

Customer Support: Handle queries, resolve issues, and provide guidance regarding policy renewals and claims.

Record Maintenance: Update customer interactions and sales details accurately in CRM systems.

Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Compliance Adherence: Ensure all calls and processes meet company policies and regulatory standards.

🎓 Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred; insurance background is an advantage.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (regional language knowledge is a plus).

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
