Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Manager with 3+ years of experience in sales and team handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inside sales team, driving revenue growth, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training.
Prepare sales reports and present performance analysis to management.
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for lead conversion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in inside sales / telesales / sales management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in CRM software and MS Office.
Team handling and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales (if applicable).
Knowledge of Delhi/NCR market.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
