About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our growing team. you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with our products and services
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and recommend suitable products.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing changes.
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
Basic computer skills .
Basic English Required.
Good Communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
12th Or Above + Diploma ,Graduation.
