Job Timing - 6 AM To 2 PM And 1 PM To 10 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist potential and current members with membership-related inquiries.

• Make outbound calls to expiring members to encourage renewals and re-engagement.

• Follow up with leads and provide detailed information about WTF Gym memberships, services, and offers.

• Help members with any questions or concerns regarding their membership or gym access.

• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and updates in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to improve member retention and grow our community.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high member satisfaction at all times.
