Inside Sales Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.

• Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead information.

• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, inbound calls, and emails.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.

• Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams for smooth client onboarding.

• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
