About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative who will focus primarily on cold calling and opening new leads for our creative and digital services. The role will involve identifying potential clients, creating initial interest, collecting basic business information, and passing qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
· Identify and open new leads and gather basic business information.
· Create initial interest and identify potential business requirements.
· Update lead details and call activity in the CRM.
· Schedule and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
· Maintain positive and professional communication with prospects.
Required Skills & Knowledge
· Good communication and convincing skills.
· Confidence in handling cold calls.
· Basic understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing or creative services (preferred).
· Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
· Familiarity with CRM tools.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Qualifications
Any Graduate. 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, inside sales or a similar role is preferred.
KPIs
· Number of calls made.
· Leads generated / opened.
· Qualified leads passed to the sales team.
· Daily / weekly activity logs updated in CRM.
Key Focus of the Role
The primary objective of this role is not direct sales closure, but to generate opportunities through effective cold calling, open new leads, qualify initial interest, and create a strong pipeline for the Sales / Business Development team.
