Job Description

Position: Telecaller

Department: Call Center

Maximum CTC: ₹4,00,000 per annum (we can offer higher subject to approval)

Working Days: 6 Days/Week | Week Off: Rotational

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirement:

• Candidate must be Graduate

• 1–2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Experience (in order of preference):

1. Experience in Home Loan products – Highly Preferred

2. Experience in any loan process (personal loan, business loan etc.)

3. Call Center experience in any domain

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good convincing and persuasion abilities

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools

• Customer-centric approach and problem-solving mindset
