Job Description:

Our company is hiring dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executives who can engage with clients, understand their needs, and promote our services effectively. This role is ideal for individuals with good communication skills in English and Kannada, and a passion for sales.

Eligibility:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers or Experienced

• Age: 18 – 30 years

Salary & Timing:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.

• Explain and promote company products/services in English & Kannada.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer database and update records regularly.

• Report sales activities and performance to the manager.

Key Skills:

• Good communication in English & Kannada

• Basic computer knowledge

• Persuasive and target-driven attitude

• Ability to work in a team and independently
