Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, promoting products or services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, and repeat business

• Handle objections professionally and resolve customer concerns

• Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)

• Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role (preferred but not mandatory)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

• Ability to work with targets and under pressure

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B or B2C tele-sales

• Knowledge of CRM software

• Multilingual skills (if applicable)
