Job Description:

Shaadi.com is looking for enthusiastic and driven Product Advisors to join our Telecalling

Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers,

understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right matrimonial services offered by

Shaadi.com.

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain Shaadi.com’s premium

membership plans.

 Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product recommendations.

 Build rapport with customers and follow up on leads.

 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

 Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or telecalling.

 Strong communication skills in Kannada or Malayalam, with basic English.

 Minimum qualification: HSC Pass (12th Standard).

 Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

 Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

 Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand (based on experience)

 Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

 Week Off: 1 rotational week off between Monday to Friday
