We are looking for a results-driven individual with a knack for persuasion and a keen eye for detail for the role of energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and strategic email outreach.
Sales Conversion: Pitch our services effectively and convert qualified leads into long-term paying customers.
Account Management: Manage and nurture existing client accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the broader sales team to refine lead-nurturing strategies and hit monthly targets.
Minimum 12th Pass (Higher education is a advantage).
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data management.
