Job Description

Inside Sales Executive – EdTech

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving sales growth by proactively reaching out to educational institutions, teachers, and decision-makers to promote and sell EdTech products and solutions. Handle inbound and outbound sales activities, manage leads, and ensure a smooth sales cycle to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to educational clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and education professionals.

  • Manage CRM data and sales pipeline effectively.

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Prior experience in inside sales or EdTech domain is a plus.

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales software.

  • Passion for education and technology.
