Inside Sales Executive – EdTech
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth by proactively reaching out to educational institutions, teachers, and decision-makers to promote and sell EdTech products and solutions. Handle inbound and outbound sales activities, manage leads, and ensure a smooth sales cycle to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to educational clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and education professionals.
Manage CRM data and sales pipeline effectively.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in inside sales or EdTech domain is a plus.
Comfortable with CRM tools and sales software.
Passion for education and technology.
