Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who can drive revenue through effective communication, lead nurturing, and closing deals. The candidate should be passionate about sales, capable of handling B2B clients, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
Generate and qualify leads through various channels
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable software/IT solutions
Deliver product demos (online) for solutions like CorelDRAW, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.
Follow up consistently to close deals and achieve monthly targets
Maintain CRM data and track sales pipeline
Coordinate with field sales and technical teams for closures
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and renewals
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of IT/software products (preferred)
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales
Exposure to Design/Architecture/Engineering software is a plus
Fluent in Hindi & English
