We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch products or services
Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales or a related field
Strong phone presence and excellent verbal/written communication skills
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
