Job Title: Academic Telecaller (Telesales)
Department: Admissions / Student Counselling
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Call prospective students and explain available courses and programs

  • Understand student requirements and guide them on suitable programs

  • Follow up on enquiries received from website, social media, and campaigns

  • Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and conversions

  • Schedule counselling appointments for interested candidates

  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets

  • Build positive relationships with students and parents

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi

  • Confident and polite telephone conversation

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills


Qualifications

  • Graduate preferred

  • Experience in telesales or education counselling is an advantage

  • Freshers with good communication can also apply


Age Criteria

  • 20 years and above


Working Hours

  • working hours & time: 10 AM to 7 PM
