Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Inside Sales Executive to drive sales of automobile The role involves generating leads, onboarding customers, and building a strong channel sales network in Maharashtra, with a base location in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate requirements for lubricants and spare parts from garages and retailers through cold calling and lead follow-up.
Onboard new customers via calls, visits, and face-to-face meetings – including retail stores, channel partners, and franchise partners.
Develop and grow channel sales and partnerships across Maharashtra.
Promote and sell genuine spare parts and SparesHub-branded lubricants.
Collect customer payments as advances or on delivery, as per company policy.
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently to qualify for performance incentives.
Customer Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through follow-ups and service support.
Drive repeat business and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Manage and update a customer database segmented by location.
Share promotional offers with customers to boost sales.
Handle and resolve customer objections effectively.
Reporting & Performance:
Submit daily reports to management on calls, meetings, sales progress, and performance.
Analyze monthly performance data and collaborate with management for process improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA – Marketing is additional benefits).
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts (genuine & aftermarket).
Field Readiness: Willing to travel for field sales at least 5 days a month.
Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi
