Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective students and professionals via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand learners’ needs and recommend the right courses and programs.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrollments.
Consistently achieve weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of Inside Sales / Telesales experience (EdTech preferred).
Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
Strong ability to understand customer requirements and handle objections.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred).
