Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students and professionals via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Understand learners’ needs and recommend the right courses and programs.

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrollments.

• Consistently achieve weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of Inside Sales / Telesales experience (EdTech preferred).

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills.

• Strong ability to understand customer requirements and handle objections.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus.

Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred).
