Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, prepare quotations, and support the sales process. The role involves regular interaction with customers via calls, emails, and online platforms to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services

  • Generate and follow up on leads received from websites, emails, and other channels

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

  • Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM

  • Follow up on pending quotations and payments

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
