Inside Sales Executive – Vehicle Acquisition
About the Role
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert qualified leads generated by our telecalling team. The role involves interacting with individuals looking to sell their used bikes, understanding their requirements, negotiating purchase prices, and successfully closing deals.
This is a revenue-focused role where success is measured by deal closures and business generated through vehicle acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with qualified seller leads assigned by the telecalling team.
Understand vehicle details and seller expectations.
Negotiate purchase prices and drive successful deal closures.
Build trust and maintain relationships with prospective sellers.
Handle objections and guide customers through the selling process.
Maintain accurate records of discussions and deal status.
Work towards monthly revenue and acquisition targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction completion.
Requirements
0.6 to 4 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management, Automobile Sales, Insurance Sales, Loan Sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable handling customer conversations and objections.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
