Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, driven Inside Sales Associate who can confidently engage with premium clientele and convert high-intent leads into bookings. This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound leads and proactively follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
Educate clients on aesthetic treatments, packages, and benefits with confidence
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings(sales) by building trust and urgency
Maintain strong follow-ups to drive repeat business and upselling
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong sales mindset with a consultative approach
Ability to handle premium customers with professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Prior experience if any in inside sales or wellness is a plus
