Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English)

Basic computer knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential donors on behalf of the NGO
Explain the organization's cause, projects, and donation programs
Build rapport and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors
Achieve daily/monthly calling and donation targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and donor responses
Address donor queries and provide appropriate resolutions

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: 12,000/- to 15,000/- per month (including ESI)
₹500 Attendance Bonus
