We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate new business opportunities through telecalling, email marketing, and online platforms.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product details to customers.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order processing.
