Job Description

Handle outbound and inbound telecalling to generate and qualify leads
Manage sales calls and respond to client inquiries regarding architectural and interior design services
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team for suitable solutions
Schedule meetings/site visits between clients and the design team
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and project discussions
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into projects
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
