Inside Sales Executive

Overview

Siddhi Filter Media is hiring an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support our field sales operations and nurture client relationships. The role involves managing client communications, maintaining CRM data, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls for inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate client information and activity history in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with field sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Conduct market research to identify new leads, competitors, and pricing trends.

• Prepare sales reports, analyze customer data, and support marketing initiatives.

• Support overall business development through proactive communication and sales coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and report preparation.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic team environment.
