Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by handling client communication, follow-ups, and lead conversion. This is a desk-based role with strong growth opportunities in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for enquiries and follow-ups

• Share product details, quotations, and pricing with clients

• Maintain customer data and updates in the CRM system

• Coordinate with field sales and operations teams

• Follow up on leads and convert them into orders

• Prepare sales reports and update daily activity records

• Support business development through regular client communication

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems

• Strong follow-up and coordination ability

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
