We’re looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will connect with potential learners, understand their education and career needs, and guide them towards suitable course. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue through consultative sales and maintaining excellent learner relationships.
Make outbound calls and handle inbound leads to counsel students/professionals.
Understand learners’ career goals and suggest suitable courses.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal & written).
Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / EdTech / BPO preferred.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Fixed salary up to ₹35,000/month + performance-based incentives.
