Job Description

Role Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will connect with potential learners, understand their education and career needs, and guide them towards suitable course. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue through consultative sales and maintaining excellent learner relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound leads to counsel students/professionals.

  • Understand learners’ career goals and suggest suitable courses.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.

  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to achieve monthly targets.

  • Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.

  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates.


Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal & written).

  • Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / EdTech / BPO preferred.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.

  • Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory.
