Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in Anna Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to tele sales, lead generation, business development, and sales closing, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through telecalling, follow-ups, and inbound/outbound leads

• Handle lead generation and lead qualification to build a strong sales pipeline

• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions

• Perform sales pitching, negotiation, and closing to achieve targets

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads

• Update and manage lead details in CRM or tracking systems

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development

• Proven experience in lead generation and sales closure

• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (preferred)

• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
