Job Description:
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and other
sources.
Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, Whats App, and cold calling to pitch our
services.
Nurture leads by understanding their requirements and presenting tailored
solutions.
Sales & Closing Deals
Conduct sales calls and meetings to convince and convert leads into clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and other terms to close deals successfully.
Overcome objections and provide solutions to client concerns.
Relationship Management & Follow-ups
Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure client on boarding is smooth post-sale.
Follow up on client needs and identify up sell opportunities.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the strategy, execution, and client relationship teams to ensure a
smooth transition post-sale.
Maintain a database of leads, sales activities, and deal progress.
Track performance metrics and report on sales goals.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome! No prior experience required.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in email, LinkedIn, Whats App, and basic sales tools.
Ability to handle objections, think on your feet, and close deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
