Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through responsive, respectful, and solutions-focused interactions.
Proven Customer Service capabilities, including managing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Lead Generation experience, including qualifying prospects and nurturing opportunities.
Account Management skills to maintain relationships, support renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear and confident presentation abilities.
Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software for tracking activities and reporting.
Interest or experience in IT, network security, or technology solutions is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet sales goals.
Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
