Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and support the sales process.

• Manage and update sales data accurately in CRM systems and reports.

• Identify potential clients through online research, databases, and networking.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to leads, calls, and conversions.

• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams for timely updates and issue resolution.

• Support marketing and sales initiatives through administrative and data management tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• 0–6+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Customer Support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for learning and growth.
