We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, converting prospects into customers, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication.
Identify potential clients through online research, social platforms, and company databases.
Source and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and messaging.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Conduct product/service presentations over call or virtual meetings.
Follow up consistently to convert leads into customers.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects for future business opportunities.
Schedule demos, meetings, and follow-ups for the field sales/team.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and relevant sales documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Maintain and update prospect details in CRM/Excel sheets.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
Prepare performance reports for management review.
Understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
Share insights with the sales and marketing team for continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage leads and convert prospects efficiently.
Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
