Note: Freshers with good communication skills Location: Delhi/Noida Department: Inside Sales Reporting To: Inside Sales Team Leader Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospects, drive lead conversions, and ensure a consistent flow of qualified site visits. This role is perfect for someone who is target-driven, a strong communicator, and passionate about real estate. Key Responsibilities: ● Make a high volume of outtbound calls daily to prospective customers (300+ calls/day). ● Engage customers with product knowledge and schedule site visits. ● Maintain high daily talk time (>2 hours preferred). ● Ensure consistent login discipline and availability (>8 hours/day). ● Update CRM and maintain lead status rigorously. ● Coordinate with Field Sales Teams for smooth handovers. ● Follow up consistently and convert leads into Visits through nurturing. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): ● No. of Calls: Minimum 300/day ● Talk Time: Minimum 2 hours/day ● Login Time: Minimum 8 hours/day ● Conversion Ratio: Lead to Site Visit ● Lead Stage Movement: Efficient progress tracking in CRM ● Attendance & Adherence: Following discipline and process Success Metrics: Performance will be rated from "Far Exceeds Expectations" to "Does Not Meet Expectations"
