Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales / Phone Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls, converting leads into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services
Convert leads into successful sales opportunities
Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and messages
Maintain and update customer details in CRM software
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Collaborate with the sales team for lead generation and conversion strategies
Required Skills & Experience
6 months to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales
Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Insurance, Ed-Tech, or Vehicle Sales preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Fluent in Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
