Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate quality leads for real estate projects.

• Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to potential buyers in a professional manner.

• Maintain follow-ups with interested clients to close deals.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to schedule client visits.

• Maintain accurate call records and lead details in CRM.

• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi & English.

• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.

• Prior experience in real estate or telesales will be an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
