We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, and closing sales to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a resilient attitude towards rejection. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Persuade customers to purchase and close sales deals efficiently and accurately.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
Generate new leads for the field sales team where applicable.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Strong track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to handle rejection calmly and maintain a positive, resilient attitude.
Proficiency in relevant computer programs and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
High school diploma or equivalent qualification (a degree in a related field is a plus)
