We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Inside Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT products, software solutions, or services. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals—primarily through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research targeting businesses in need of IT solutions.
Understand client IT needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Qualify incoming leads and follow up to convert them into opportunities.
Schedule product demos and coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Stay updated with the latest trends in the IT industry and products/services offered by the company.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or software domain.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
