Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential customers, and converting inquiries into quotation requests. The role involves building strong customer relationships and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from provided databases
Identify new sales opportunities through research and calling
Generate and qualify leads for quotations
Understand customer requirements and share relevant product/service information
Coordinate with the sales/technical team to prepare and send quotations
Follow up on leads and quotations to close sales
Maintain and update CRM records regularly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
Handle customer queries professionally
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in cold calling and pitching
Basic understanding of sales process and lead generation
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
