We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing leads, and closing deals primarily through phone, email, and virtual meetings. You will play a key role in growing our customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
Make product presentations and demonstrate value propositions to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, create proposals/quotations, and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
Manage and maintain a sales pipeline and update CRM with all relevant customer data.
Forecast sales and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager/leadership on performance metrics.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships; deliver post-sales support and resolve customer queries.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and field sales teams for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Continuously track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback; provide inputs to improve strategy.
Participate in training programs and sales role-plays to sharpen selling skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales or similar sales/customer service role.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation ability.
CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and pipeline.
Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. LinkedIn
Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
