Job Description

Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Nagercoil (Candidates from Nagercoil & nearby areas preferred. Candidates with roots in the Nagercoil region who are willing to relocate can also be considered.)

Experience: 2–3 years in product sales (preferably in a manufacturing company). Candidates with 2–3 years of general sales experience may also be considered.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Role Overview:

Reach out to MSME pharmaceutical companies through phone calls and emails.
Generate new business and convert leads into customers.
Follow up on enquiries received through the website, email, and other channels.
Maintain and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Work from the office and manage the complete sales follow-up process.

Key Skills:

Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory)
Hindi speaking is an added advantage
Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
CRM knowledge will be an added advantage
