Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Clearly explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders effectively.
Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team to ensure timely product delivery.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
Follow up with customers for payments and provide after-sales support.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in showroom or retail sales (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Basic knowledge of inventory and order management.
Goal-oriented and customer-focused approach.
