Job description:
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management: Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails.
Sales Execution: Closing sales, achieving quarterly quotas, and managing the entire sales cycle remotely.
Customer Engagement: Building relationships, identifying client needs, and providing product demonstrations/solutions.
Pipeline Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all activities in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Research & Strategy: Researching accounts, identifying key players, and staying updated on competitor products.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or business development.
Skills: Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual communication tools.
Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume, daily cold/warm calling.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily/weekly call volume and email outreach.
Number of qualified opportunities and demos scheduled.
Conversion rate of leads to closed deals.
Total revenue generated against quota
