Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Outreach: Proactively contact prospective B2B clients, dealers, and channel partners via phone calls, emails, and messaging apps. [1]
Product Pitching: Propose and explain technical specifications for IT hardware (e.g., servers, desktops, thin clients, touch monitors, and networking components). [1]
Quotations & Tenders: Prepare accurate price quotes, respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and assist in bid/tender inquiries. [1, 2]
Deal Closure: Follow up diligently on open inquiries, negotiate bulk pricing, and secure sales orders to hit monthly targets. [1]
Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with corporate accounts and distributors to encourage repeat business. [1]
Order & Inventory Coordination: Check stock availability with the warehouse or OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and track deliveries. [1, 2]
CRM Maintenance: Log all daily communications, customer feedback, and pipeline updates accurately into the company CRM software
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business, IT, or Marketing preferred).
Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B tech/hardware product sales.
Technical Knowledge: Good familiarity with computer hardware, networking gear, and system components.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a strong, confident phone presence.
Software Skills: Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Workspace, and standard CRM platforms.
Soft Skills: Goal-oriented mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. [1, 2, 3, 4, 6]
