We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Nine Root Solutions Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to promote personal loan and financial products.
Maintain and update customer data accurately to ensure smooth sales operations.
Verify lead details, follow up regularly, and close sales within defined timelines.
Identify data gaps or irregularities and correct them promptly.
Organize and maintain digital records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Generate daily and weekly sales reports for internal review.
Coordinate with the sales and backend teams to ensure proper documentation.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and business information.
Job Requirements:
Intermediate/Graduate with 1–3 yrs inside sales or telecalling experience. Good communication skills. Target-driven mindset with customer follow-up skills. Willing to work 6 days in day shift.
