Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, experience in the IT industry, and a proven track record of building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and maintaining client satisfaction.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
Sales Generation: Drive sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to final deal closure.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Achieve Targets: Track sales metrics and consistently work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales is mandatory.
Sales Skills: Proven experience in the full sales cycle, with a strong ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
CRM Software: Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Attitude: Confident, self-motivated, and eager to succeed.
