About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, nurturing client relationships, pitching products/services, and closing business deals through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
Ø Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
Ø Conduct sales pitches, online demos, or product presentations.
Ø Maintain and update customer information and interactions in CRM tools.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Ø Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Ø Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities.
Ø Send proposals, quotations, and follow up on closures.
Ø Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Ø Graduate / MBA (Marketing or related field preferred).
Ø Experience: 0–3 years in Inside Sales / Business Development / Tele-Sales.
Ø Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ø Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Ø Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce)
Ø Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
