Inside Sales Executive

Navodaya Powertech is a fast-growing electrical engineering company dealing with high-quality products from reputed MNC brands as well as our own in-house manufactured solutions. Our clients span across government sectors, industrial units, and cooperative institutions.

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team and support our sales operations through lead generation, client coordination, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

• Understand customer needs and requirements.

• Prepare quote based on customer requirements.

• Route qualified the opportunities to appropriate sales heads for further development and closure.

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

• Establish and maintain a positive customer relation in order to generate new enquires.

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

• Perform effective online demos to prospects.

  Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate.

• 0 - 3 years of Sales experience.

• Proficient in MS Execel, Email handling, and CRM tOOLS.

• Strong skills in customer handling and followups.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
